How it works

Choose your Membership Plan and Items

Choose the Membership plan and size that best fits your needs. Then, pick the items you want in your order. Check out the add-ons and include anything else you want to try. Some This order will renew every month.

You get your order

If you're in the delivery zone, we'll bring your order to you once a month. If you're not, or you don't want delivery, you get to come out to the farm and pick up!

Customize and keep enjoying

Try new items and make changes to suit your monthly schedule through your account. Once you got it just right, we'll keep delivering until you're ready for a change.

  • We deliver on the Tuesday and Thursday of your choice (depending on where you live).

  • Your delivery will arrive between 4:00 am and 6:30 am
  • Please note, ALL our meat products are frozen
    • Your first delivery will show up in one of our coolers
    • Once you have your cooler, you’ll need to leave it out where we can see it so we have a place to put your next order.
  • If you have special instructions for your delivery, let us know on the notes at the end of your first purchase.
Pick up
  • If you don’t see your town or city on our delivery schedule, then lucky you! You get to come out to the farm!
  • We know coming out to the farm can be tough on many folks’ schedule. If you have 4 friends and neighbours (for a total of 5 Memberships) we will make special arrangements to deliver at one location to your group.
Choosing your Membership Plan
  • We offer three Membership Plans
    • The Standard Cut
    • The Premium Cut
    • The F2FD Select
  • You can choose Full or Half Memberships of all three
  • You choose the items that make up your delivery with the Standard and Premium Cuts
  • We choose what items come in your delivery with the F2FD Select.
Selecting your items
  • Our items are broken down into 5 groups. This helps us maintain inventory.
  • In each group, you’ll find a selection of grass-fed beef, pork, and corn finished beef items.
  • The number of items you get to choose from each group depends on the Member Plan you chose and whether it is a Full or Half option.
  • The site will let you know how many you can choose from each group.
Choosing Add-ons
  • Once you fill your Member Plan, you can add extra items.
    • Recurring Add-ons – These are items we normally have in stock.
    • Non-Recurring Add-ons – These are items that for various reasons are too difficult to keep in our inventory, but when we have them, we want you to know!
Billing and Payment
  • Your first delivery is charged to your card upon completing your Membership.
  • All other charges will be made when your automatic delivery order is created at the end of the business day on the 25th of every month.
Changes to your Membership

Please note – All changes for next month’s delivery must be made between the 1st and the end of the business day on the 25th day of the current month. All changes will be applied to the following month’s delivery.

Making Changes
  • Your Account – When you complete your first Membership order, our system will create an account just for you.
  • To make any changes you must:
    • Click on “MANAGE ACCOUNT” at the top of the Home Page and enter your user name and password
    • Once you’re logged in, click on “MANAGE ACCOUNT”
    • Then, click on the button that lets you make the changes you want.
  • Here’s what you can change:
    • Membership Plan
    • Items in next month’s Delivery order – Changes to next month’s delivery must be made by the end of the business day on the 25th day of the current month.
    • Suspend your order for next month (skip next month’s delivery)
    • Credit card used for payment
    • Billing and Delivery (Shipping) address
    • Delivery date – If you want to change your delivery date, give us a call. We can do that on our end.
Can I change the selections on my package each month?

Yes. Just log in to your account page between the 1st and the 25th of the month and make any changes desired. The changes will apply to the following month’s delivery. If you are happy with your choices from last month, just leave it alone. The order will renew automatically each month.

Can I get bacon?

Bacon is only available with our ¼, ½, or whole pork packages. Check out our products at Shop Now.

When do I have to make my selections?

You have to make your selection between the 1st and the  25th day of the month.

What if I am not available to receive my next scheduled delivery?

No problem, just log in to your account page and click on ‘Suspend My Next Delivery’.

What if I would like cuts that I cannot find in one of the package plans?

Let us know what you are looking for.  If we have it, we will include it in your delivery and charge those items separately from your membership.

How will my meat be delivered?

Your initial delivery will be made in a cooler that is provided by Field to Front Door. Leave the cooler on your front step to receive your future deliveries.

Do you ship to PO boxes or apartments?

Unfortunately, we can’t leave our packages in a PO box or apartment mail box due to package size and because they are perishable. Have a friend willing to loan you their front porch?

Do I have to sign up as a member in order to order one of the packages?

Yes.  You can pause or cancel any time from your account page. And there’s no penalty for either. If you’re looking for something different than our membership, send us a message to support@fieldtofrontdoor.com.
